I would recommend following the steps below to clear your cache and cookies:
In Chrome
1. Please close out of your 4insite browser.
2. On your computer, open Chrome.
3. At the top right, click the 3 vertical dots
4. Click "Delete Browsing Data"
5. Under the "Advanced" tab, choose a time range "ALL TIME"
6. Next to "Browsing history", "Download history", "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and
files, check the boxes.
7. Click Clear data (once the loading circle goes away you know that all data has been cleared)
8. Close all open windows open a new window and sign in to 4insite
9. Open app.4insite.com and confirm there are no issues
